We are seeking a warm, organised and resilient attendance/reception administrator to join our specialist SEND school team. This is a key front-facing role within the school, combining responsibility for attendance administration with reception duties and daily interaction with young people who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, anxiety and SEMH.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Careers Advisor to support young people aged 14–19 with SEND to plan meaningful, realistic and aspirational futures. You will work closely with students, families, education staff and external partners to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred careers guidance that builds confidence, independence and employability. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who understands the complexity of SEND, values preparation for adulthood, and is motivated by helping learners overcome barriers and find pathways that truly fit their strengths, interests and needs
